HAWK'S WELL ART EXHIBITION 2011

(THURS JUNE 16TH, 7.30PM TO 10.30PM) and continues to THURSDAY 23rd.

Art exhibition opens on Thursday night June 16th between 7.30pm and 10.30pm. All exhibitors must have their paintings delivered to the theatre before Saturday June 11th at 5pm . The staff at reception will take them from you and store them safely. The Theatre opens from 10am to 5pm on weekdays and 2pm to 5pm on Saturdays.

There was no shortage of help today (Sunday 12th). We began putting up the paintings from 12.30pm on Sunday morning. I would like to thank everyone for all of their help today. We start again tomorrow at 10am so if anyone would like to help you will be very welcome. I think we have about 70 up with about 60 to go.

CD's of paintings will be on sale on exhibition night and during the exhibition.

All information - titles, prices (if for sale) can be given to Eamonn at your last classes.

This year the exhibition finishes earlier than usual as there are childrens shows on at the end of June and the foyer space is needed. If all exhibitors could ensure that their paintings are collected as soon as possible from the theatre
