2013 TIMETABLES 

Monday evening and Saturday classes are in Grange, Co.Sligo. (near TEXACO STATION)

Tuesday morning, evening and night class , Wednesday morning, evening and night class and Thursday morning classes  are also at Grange, Co Sligo but Thursday night class remained at the Northside Centre, Forthill, Sligo

Friday night's classes are held  at Riverstown followed on by Cranmore on May 10th

THERE WILL BE 2 COLOUR MIXING CLASSES which will be held on Wednesday evening  MAY 22nd (from 6.30pm to 9pm) and Wednesday  Morning MAY 29th (from 10.30am to 1pm) in Grange. 10 people per class only.

CHILDRENS ART CLASS and ART EXHIBITION IN GRANGE THIS SUMMER (2013)

CHILDRENS SUMMER CLASSES and ART EXHIBITION.


This year there will be a number of workshops for children aged between 6 and 12 years. The children will then be invited to display their work along with the adults at our annual adult art exhibition which will be held in our workshop in Grange FROM   Friday August 2nd (opening night)  to Sunday August 18th 2013.


Their classes will be held in Unit 2 at the Texaco forecourt from 10.30am to 2.30pm (Dates below)


All paints and equipment are supplied. The children just have to bring their packed lunches and drinks.
Make sure they wear old clothes.

 THIS SUMMER'S ART EXHIBITION (2013)

This years art exhibition will once again be held in Grange Art class venue near TEXACO. Each participant is invited to submit between one and five pieces. There will be NO CHARGE this year although if you wish to sell your paintings, there will be a commission charge for adults of 7.5% on all paintings sold. 

The exhibition opens at 7pm Friday August 2nd and is open to members of our art group and those children who participated in July workshops only. 

We sold 22 paintings at last summers exhibition despite the disastrous roadworks that took place outside our venue at the very same time. Hopefully we will increase this figure significantly this year.

NEW VENUE:

 

From Monday September 16th 2013, all classes will be held in my new room in Grange which is currently under construction. There will be internet and printing / copying access for you here at all times as well as tea and coffee making facillities,

Projector and screen will be in place for colour mixing classes

Paintings will be on permanent display finished and unfinished (as they are presently in Grange)

It will be heated with a turf stove and there will be warm water available also...(Wow!) The times and class durations and fees will remain the same.

We will be having an opening night early September (more details about this closer to the time) and our first ever class there will be on Monday September 16th at 6.30pm.                                                                                                 ________________________________________________________________________
